Until now, searching for properties on Kyero meant knowing exactly what to type.
You had to remember how to spell that little coastal town… or guess what it was near.

But most international buyers don’t start with a pinpoint, they start with a feeling.
Maybe you know you want sunshine near the sea. Or countryside within easy reach of an airport. Perhaps you’ve fallen in love with a region, but can’t recall every town name or where one area ends and the next begins.

That’s why we built the new Kyero Map. A more visual, intuitive way to explore homes across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Explore the map your way

With the new Kyero map, you can:

  • Browse whole regions easily - Follow coastlines, trace mountain ranges, zoom into valleys and discover the place that simply feels right.
  • See where your budget takes you - Glide across the map and instantly compare what your money can get you in different areas.
  • Discover hidden gems - Stumble across small villages, peaceful countryside hideaways and understated towns you might never have found in a text search.
  • Spot lifestyle areas - See beaches, parks, cafés and neighbourhoods at a glance, and get a feel for the places that match the way you want to live.

Our new map is perfect if you have visited a region and want to explore it more fully to find the right town, or if you want to compare what your budget gets you in different areas. It gives you the freedom to explore properly and discover places you would never see through a standard search.

From searching to discovering

The Kyero Map is built for how buyers really search.

Instead of typing town names, you can zoom, pan and explore to see where properties cluster, where prices change, and which areas match your ideal lifestyle.

Say you’re browsing Spain’s sunny east coast: maybe Murcia, Los Alcázares or Torrevieja. Previously, you’d need to search each town one by one.
Now, you can view the entire stretch of coastline, click “Search this area,” and instantly see all the matching homes.

Or maybe you have a set budget but you’re open to location.
You know you want to be near the beach, just not sure where exactly?
The map helps you see how far your budget stretches, and might even lead you to lesser-known areas that fit you perfectly.

Seamlessly switch between map and list view

Prefer browsing in list format? Easy.
Once you’ve defined your area on the map, click “Search this area” and switch to List view in the top right.

You’ll see your usual property listings, with a handy mini map showing your search area, so you always know where you are.
To return to the map, simply click “Map view” again and keep exploring.
 

Built for the next stage of your search

And we’re just getting started.

We’ve recently added new layers of detail to our property pages, including information on international schools, nearby airports, and local expat communities.

Next, you’ll be able to search by lifestyle too.
Think “near golf,” “close to the airport,” or “walking distance to a Blue Flag beach.”
