Praise the Lord Jesus!! My son is at Kingston College in Jamaica! Kingston College is the top track and field high school in the Caribbean. He is on the track and field team. We are looking at the University of Granada. We hope to arrive in 2025. Please help.

Hi there, I am an Australian contemplating relocating to either Spain or Portugal. I like both countries,however,my choice would definitely be the Spanish Coast. My living expenses would be covered by a monthly transfer. My QUESTION is: Will Spain tax me when this transfer hits the country? If the answer is YES,at what percentage? Your help and clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

enjoyed the information had repeat had intended to travel to northern costa blanca septemer will be investing corca 2 m euros to buy a villa from I understanding it could take upto 6 months to obtain the required Visa we had intending to come over a stay untill we purchase a villa we will buy within Month please advise yours Mr Fleming Scott Coats

Hi.. great podcast regarding the practicalites of moving to Spain. Can I ask if we were to move out there on a non lucrative visa and the property we moved to had Olive or Almond trees would we be able to harvest these and where would we stand with that? Also do you have to have a UK address to start the visa process as we were hoping to sell and travel and find somewhere then we would apply for the visa? Thanks Michelle

Hi I have bought an apartment 2015 in Fuengirola, Spain. All the paper work done by solicitors, including direct debit to pay the bills. BUT they did not include the Non Resident Tax and charging me £260 every year for just filling the simple (Modelo 030 form) Last year went to the office and asked him to arrange a Direct Debit payment to avoid paying £260 fees. Now I am considering to find a new lawyer who can arrange the the DD for the Non Resident t Tax. Please help ,Thank you. Modaho
